In order to serve the workshop participants according to their unique flight schedules, we have chosen the SuperShuttle Company to provide LAX-to hotel and hotel-to-LAX transportation services.
Each individual will need 2 vouchers. If you need more vouchers than those emailed to you please send me an email at: email@example.com
You will need to print out the vouchers that were emailed to you. One voucher is required for your trip from LAX to the Sheraton Hotel; the other from the Sheraton to LAX. Please also follow the instructions on the vouchers to obtain services and see below for detailed instructions.
Arrival: Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed out of the baggage claim to the Orange Van Stop sign across the curb, see the SuperShuttle representative (in a blue uniform), and request a shuttle. Present the voucher to the driver as a form of payment. Your transportation has already been paid for, and you DO NOT need to pay the driver.
Departure: Upon arrival at the Sheraton, please contact the SuperShuttle representative at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. The SuperShuttle desk at the hotel is open and it is located in the hotel lobby.
The SuperShuttle representative will book your return trip to LAX for you. She will take your flight information (flight, date, time) and give you a pick up time from the hotel accordingly. The SuperShuttle driver will collect your voucher from you when you take the SuperShuttle.
*SuperShuttle requires a 24 hours advance notice for departure.
